Aubrey Jenkins

 

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sep 20 at 2 p.m. in the colonial
Chapel of Vondel L. Smith & Sons Mortuary for Aubrey Jenkns, 58 of Moore, OK.

Born May 27, 1925 in Coalgate, to Jim and Ida Pearl Marcum Jenkins,
he passed away Sep 17, 1983, after being in a tractor turnover accident.

He was an Army Veteran having served in World War II and retired from the
Oklahoma City Fire Department in 1973.
He was employed by the U. S. Post Office in Newalla, OK.
He was half owner of Garden Oaks Mobile Home Park in OKC and a cattle rancher.

He is survived by his wife, Rosalie of the home, a son Randy of the home, a daughter Angie Long of Moore, a brother, Willard of Oklahoma City, three sisters, Viola Roberts of Sulpher, OK, Mabel Cooper of San Pablo, CA, and Faye Caple of Sibley, LA. And one Grandson he never knew.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, James & Mary Melissa Caudill Marcum & Joeseph & Minerva Davis Jenkins, parents, Jim & Ida Pearl Marcum Jenkins,
Brother Henry, Sisters, Geneva and Maudy.
