MISS HATTIE BROWN
Miss Hattie Brown, 83, of Tecumseh died at1:13 a.m. Friday.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Box
Cemetery, Wanette with Rev. Robert Rider, pastor of The
Assembly of God Church, Tecumseh officiating.
Interment was in Box Cemetery. Miss Brown was born
Feb. 10, 1886 in Stephenville, Tex. She came to Oklahoma in
1887. She lived in Ardmore and Wanette.
Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. C. H.Whitmyer [Whitmire],
Elbert, Tex. and Mrs.J. C. McGuire, Fresno, Calif; five nephews,
Clyde Ragsdale, VanNuys, Calif.; Walter Copeland, Elbert Texas;
Willie Copeland, Elbert, Tex.; Tom Brown, Kilgore, Tex. and W.
A. Brown, Odessa, Tex.
Cooper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
